Dear Seazer

Dear Seazer,
I know you might not even want to hear from me
The one who didn't help.
I knew you were sick and yet I waited.
I left you on your last night.

I know that you probably hate me, but I love you.
That is something you can count on.
I hope to see you when I die.
I will be eternally sad if you hate me, though I deserve it .

Everyone says that it wasn't my fault, but I know the truth.
If I hadn't waited, you would be with me right now.
I wouldn't be here writing this.
Or mourning the three years we have been apart.

I know after all this time that you had to go .
Maybe you wanted to go , maybe not.
I willl probablty never know.
But I want you to know that you changed my life, and i will never be the same now that you're gone.

Hope to see you soon in Heaven
With all my love,
Flamingblade

oh thats sad poem. It got me all choked up when i was reading it. I had this great dog once. A sheltie I was 14 and i watched her getting sicker. I Finally convincing my parents to bring her in to the vet only for us to find out she had kidney disease. There was nothing we could do for her. Sometimes I blame myself for not trying harder sooner. Our dogs will be there waiting for us with a lick on the hand and a friendly wag of their tail wanting to know what had taken us so long to get there.
