I wish I could stop crying
If only for one day
I dont care what started it
Just make it go away!
Ill play at being happy
Yes, thats what Ill do!
Nobody will notice
Least of all you.
Ill do it for my children
Ill keep those tears at bay
I want them to be happy
On this very special day.
They woke with such excitement
They simply couldnt wait
Wrapping presents in their room
but they left it in a state.
I can feel the tears returning
Oh please, no, not today!
I dont want to spoil things
Not on Mothers Day!

| Mothers day is depressing here too since my mom passed & my husbands mom is gone as well,thats why we got married on Mothers day so we could have some happiness on that day! Goos write! Christina |

Hey, this was very sad. I've been where u described many times. I've been battling depression for over a year and 3 mnths now its a day by day battle. You can do it though. i enjoyed this and thanks for posting it.
