You cover me with truth
Just to clean me up with lies
You leave me there just to prove
That every good thing has its demise
So instead of asking why
I'll settle for a When
That way instead of a sad cry
With some pothetic violin
I will know that today is the day it stops
No more lies to cover whats real
No more shedding painful tear-drops
Now I will reveal how I feel
I can't handle the hurt
Because its breaking my soul
Much like a black dot o an all white shirt
There is a part of me that shows that just isnt whole
So instead of saying something you know isnt true
Dont say a word..just do not recall
Because I'd rather pretend that I know you
Rather then than not know you at all

Truth and honesty, are important aspects regarding to any situation. I've been in this position, you have to realize, some lies are made to protect you, I'm not saying its right, but some people are scared that they'll hurt someone so they just wander off towards something else, not realizing the lie hurts just as much. Great write, hope it all turns out ok.
