The breeze blows softly in the sea It gathers and frolics and burns Over open water It flows and travels and curls
But inside every innocent action Resides a burning fuel To create a problem To be more than just demure
The wind gathers momentum The easterly joins with the westerly And the north combines with the south The wind forms waves on the ocean it buffets birds about.
The gale that forms is powerful Its single-minded objective wreck havoc for our wrongs They blow further in shore a transparent approaching force The gathering wave of hostility sees the shore tremble
The whirling, swirling, dipping air The horrid burning of its careless wrath It hates for no reason With a passion best saved for lovers
The trees begin to uproot and fly The birds sore down dead to shore The sands whip up around the winds Giving face to a shameless form
The whirlwind turns and churns the land And leaves grief in its wake The indignance of the victims how dare he destroy their place And vengeful thoughts will bring even greater woe
From wrath breeds wrath the cycle of hate perpetuate
