No matter when I see you, no matter what you say
I find comfort in you, every single day
When I was down and out, who was by my side
It was you Nige, nothing could I hide
You seem to know me, oh so very well
Even my moods i'm in, only you can tell
You know you have a footprint, trod deep in my heart
Our friendship is special, I knew that from the start
Not many friends are like you
No-one that I know
So, lets never hurt each other
Or let this friendship go
