Yesterday they were your sweet promises
Today they become your bitter curses
With words dipped in honey you led me astray
Oh how sweet they were
Forcing me to give my body away
I fell in love instantly
You made me feel cherished
But just as quick as this feeling came it vanished
Now you've gone and i wait in vain
For you to come back and love me again
I think about how it used to be
Of those times when you couldn't bear
To be away from me
My hearts broken into a thousand pieces
Scattered one at a time by your tender kisses
To our love i will always be true
Because in the depths of my soul i know
There will be none but you
