My heart is
a million miles
away with you
so for now
these letters
will have to do
with arms
empty I feel
something less
the skies are
somehow lackluster
the sun
doesnt shine
so I wish
this paper
will take flight
and you will
hear my prayers
so my words
will give you
my ghost
to wrap you
up tight
to sleep
through the nite
