In the arms of my angel
I have found my peace
In the arms of my angel
All the darkness has ceased
Floating across the dance floor
She whispers in my ear
Words of loving lore
Words that relieve my fear
The sweet scent of her light hair
Takes me to a forgotten place
A place that is perfectly fair
Floating in endless grace
Her snowy wings spread
We dance into the sky
Where there is no dread
In her arms I fly
I look into her emerald eyes
I become forever lost in them
More beautiful than a sunrise
They are truly a gem
In the arms of my angel
We danced through the night
In the arms of my angel
We took an endless flight
