WE TALK BUT WHERE SO FAR AWAY
WE CRY BUT NO ONE CAN SEE
WE SMILE AND LAUGHED BUT CANT HEAR
FOR WE TALK WITH WORDS NOT WITH VOICES
THE KEYS I PUSH SO FAST
TRYING TO KEEP UP BUT GETTING LEFT BEHIND
ALL MISSED UP NOW REALLY FAR BEHIND
WE TALK AGAIN ANOTHER DAY
STARTS OFF THE SAME WAY
BUT NOW ITS HARD TO SAY THE THINGS WE SAY
FOR THIS TIME YOU MADE FAR SEEM CLOSE
THE WORDS YOU SAID ARE WE NEED A BRAKE
MY HART STOPED TEARS FALL FAST
DEATH FEELS LIKE ITS ON MY BACK
I OPEN MY MOUTH THEN I REMEMBER NO VOICE
SO I TYPE WORD FOR WORD NO NO DONT LET THIS BE
BUT YOU SAY ITS THE TIME YOU NEED
NOT ANYONE ELSE YOU SEE
TIME TO BE JUST YOU
TO LIVE A LIFE THAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN
TO MEANT THE PEOPLE YOU WOULD NEVER MEET
SO I SET HERE READING THIS WORDS YOU TYPE
BUT MY EYES DONT BELIEVE THE WORDS I READ
TIME IS WHAT YOU NEED TIME IS WHAT I HAVE TO GIVE
FOR AS MUCH TIME IT TAKES MY HART WELL NEVER LET GO
FOR THIS LOVE IV GIVEN THE LOVE WE HAVE BOTH SHOWN
IS SOMETHING NO ONE ELSE CAN HOLD
YOU ARE MINE I AM YOURS
WE SAID THESE WORDS BE FOR
IT WAS THE NIGHT WE FELT THE THING THEY CALL
TRUE LOVE.

| oh my God - WOW! except for the few spelling mistakes and whatever...it was awesome. I assume the spelling errors are because you wrote it just kind of...as you were thinking. as thoughts came to mind you were writing...As you were feeling...you didn't think it out, didn't worry how it would sound. I love poems like that. |
