Your love is like a poison,
That is running through my veins.
It is the very life of me,
But causes so much pain.
But I guess it's what i deserve,
For loving someone with a broken heart.
You think they've got it all together,
And then they fall apart.
Everything is going fine,
But then the casing cracks.
The whole relationship is held
By unconvincing acts.
The love is there we both can tell,
But something's very wrong.
It's hard to tell just what it is,
But we both know that it's gone.
Blame, fear, and confusion,
Are what's driving us isnane.
We let it slowly slip away.
Abroken love remains.
