A sad life, a reachable reliance

Poke holes Time fell Watery depths of a fallen hell.
Reminisce Hold on tight Never thought it could end this night
For a thousand years in one yearly day All you could Start to pray
Sickled cast of an unwanted thought This doesn't make sense Why can't I stop.
A poster child Of demented love nothing more A sweet, poison filled glove.
A wise one said, Nevermore But then it died Goobye lenore Intelligence decays The stage lights dim All alone, Alone with him.

| nice allusion to poes poem. an excellent title. i liked your style and rhythm most in this. i think that the choppy sentence fragments worked for this piece. you had some very good rhymes and concepts woven in this. |
