Teardrops falling,
Screaming, calling,
Calling for you,
But youre still stalling.
Dont forget to say goodnight.
You gave me hope; a great delight.
Days and nights will pass me by,
But none will be so bright.
Be a shadow in the dark,
Hidden as those who you once mocked.
Many say youre a symbol of hope,
It is time to make your mark.
Dont always be so sure
Theres nothing more you can endure,
For the world is crying
And theres no cure.
Hide behind shadows.
Stray away from windows.
Silently sitting, staying,
Even as the wind blows.
So now its time to play pretend,
It has finally come again.
And maybe next time I wont just sit
And let it end.

wow..i think you're tryign to say alot with this poem. Not only hoping the relationship wont end but...i think you're trying to say somethign more....its just not very clear...
very good though...very powerful! |
