I'm sitting here
alone in the night
for some reason
I just don't feel right
You're not here
by my side
I feel like I might
run and hide
I need you
here with me
so I can make
everyone see
My love for you
will never die
Don't let anyone
tell you al lie

I'm all alone in the night
with nothing to do
the only thoughts in my head
are of you
I'm all alone
With no one here
I need someone with me
for, myself I fear
I dread what I do
and I do what I dread
I'm afraid that I'm gonna end up dead
I don't want to die
I want to live, It's true
If I die, You'll never know
Just how much I really love you
It almost happened
once before
Now all of those thoughts and feelings
Flew out the door
I don't want to leave you
I don't think I can
I didn't want to before
I just turned and ran
I ran from my feelings
I ran from beeing alone in the night
I done what I could
What I thought was right
What I thought was right
In the end was wrong
I should have known that
all along.

| i really liked. it was really good. I love poems with a rhyme scheme and yores rhymed very well. it had a nice flow to it. Great job! |
