war

As we go off to war I sit back and I pray, that God will watch over us and our families while were away. As I put my life and family on hold, to go off to fight and serve you. Just like so many men and women before me, who felt it was there duty to do. I don't care about medals or ribbons, thats for fools not men like me. If my enemy wants them he can have them, let that fool die for his country, not me. But there is one thing I ask of my country, and thats not to forget me when these war is through. Because I answerd your call when you needed me, so please answer mine, when I need you.

Hopefully we've learned from the past and will never again betray those who risked and sometimes lost all. |
