The leaves fall and die
just maybe it is a sign
that I do not belong here
you will never be mine
With a cold north wind
there's a chill in the air
clouds on the horizon
deep feeling of despair
Heartache will follow
feel the arrow pierce
love never last forever
the pain is so fierce
Love again eludes me
my heart will not mend
never to feel true love
till life comes to an end
Then God will hold me
He'll dry all my tears
wrapped in His arms
calming all my fears
