My Endless Pain

Contributed by misunderstood_gurl on Monday, 28th November 2005 @ 11:30:25 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Endless tears stream down my face,
As sorrow, anger, and pain is all mixed as one,
When all these memories come flooding back,
I pull open the draw and grab for the gun.

The barrel of the guns cold,
As I hold it against my head,
A shiver goes down my spine,
As I remember the words that you once said,

I know I shouldnt do this,
But I just dont think that theres any other way,
Ive been pushed too far off the edge,
And theres no possible way that I can stay.

Everyone tells me that Im useless,
And that I cant do anything right,
So, whats a girl to do?
Should I just let go and give up the fight?

So, without thinking twice,
I pull the trigger and fall to the floor,
And the last thing I remember seeing,
Is my mom walking through the door.
