sitting here
wishing you were here
knowing in my heart you are
waiting, knowing that soon
you will be
in a blink of an eye
in a beat of the heart
in a flash of lightning
for a moment there you were
was it the mind playing tricks?
or was it my heart
but just for the moment
it was splended bliss
the touch of your hand
the brush of your lips
passionatly aginst mine
in a blink of an eye
in a beat of the heart
in a flash of lightning
it was gone
not forever.... but just for awhile

| thats such a beautiful poem. i am going through something just the same. its seems like a flash of light in a dark tunnel, and it could be the beginnings of love. you never know. |
