Drowning in pools of blood
deep depression comes in floods
I ask myself why am I this way
is this the path that i must stay
never wanting nothing more
than on eagles wings to soar
to be the one I chose to be
and have one person love just me
everyday a living hell
as I exist within my cell
every moment wanting none
just begging for the sun
living like no tomorrow
exisitng only as living sorrow
nothing else I want in life
than to rid myself of pain and strife
marching onward to my doom
clouds of darkness oer me loom
rain please go away
I can'r do this one more day
there seems to be no way out
all of me I greatly doubt
where's the woman I used to know
who never had to put up show
she is gone I greatly fear
I only wish the end was near
all my sorrows gone away
and live one more normal day
with someone who loves me most
raises me up and than boasts
one care about my fears
one to wipe away all my tears
but I am such a mess
who with me would want to stress
who could love me just for me
and could let me be me
one to love me for all I am
with sweet spirits like that of jam
one to hold me when I cry
to stand beside me when I die
there is no will within my soul
for ths path I choose has taken toll
this is the path that I have taken
I must have been so mistaken
all I wish to be
is just the one, just me
living life for something more
just waiting for eagles wings to soar

Fabulously written, expressing the deepest of sorrow
and heartbreaking emotion. The flow was so swell
and only reinforced the notion that you're very gifted
with words and rhyme.
all I wish to be
is just the one, just me
living life for something more
just waiting for eagles wings to soar
