Everyday is the same
I wake up
and I'm already trying
trying to impress people
impressing teachers,
boys, girls, parents
Why do I do it?
Do I ever do anything
just for myself?
I spend my time
trying to impress
people who don't care
So tomorrow I'll wake up
later than usual,
won't do my make-up,
forget my homework,
ignore my "friends
forget impressing
my parents,
those guys,
these girls,
the teachers
tomorrow will be my day
not impressing
