Here's to the soul thats poor and beaten down
To the children of the world who wear a frown
To the one's who didn't make it due to murder in the womb
To the widdow Kneeling at her husbands tomb
To the victom of rape with no self of steem
To the innocen man on death row robbed of his dream
To the homeless man living under that cold bridge
To the mother with no formula in that empty fridge
To the underdog searching for the upper hand
To the loaner in school the other kids don't understand
To the father praying on his worn out knees
To the soldiers and sailors never standing at ease
We've all been trough things that have truely been rotten
But as long as i have a "voice" we'll never be forgotten
