city life a place of strife hunger and decay watching as the population grows but no where to lay streets are filled with sleeping angels concrete as there bed this is the only place our goverment lets them lay there head yea they have shelters but if you havent stayed you wouldnt belive the stuff you see in the place they lay bad food and no hope a feast for the eyes a place of dessolate dreams filled with societies lies walking strong on empty gut a feeling to hard to say its hard to live a normal life or smile at the day breathing smoke the car exhaust and rain we walk trying to grasp a sense of humanity with our voice we talk when walking by a homeless man dont look the other way a hot cup of coffe and a little greeting is all you need to pay yes some are on drugs and others dont care "you live on the street" it might be the only way to escape the city beat
