With Every Year That Pass ~~~~~ With every year that pass Memories are made that last Special moments in time That is kept within the mind
Cherished and packed away To be thought of another day Handled with such care These memories we hold so dear
For on a distant, lonely night Our spirits will take flight When we think back on the day And the love we stored away
Many things can certainly change As a new year takes range But what will stand the test of time Are the memories inside the mind

I like your writings! I started a poem also on memories--but dealing with the sad/bad memories as part of our life's fabric!
Thanks as always for sharing!
