Why is it so hard to love the one I love?
Why do I continue to put myself through pain?
Why is it that it makes no sense to love her?
Why is it that through this love I see no gain?

The love I have is complete
Nothing can overtake it or cause it to divide
My love is an undying waterfall of blue
With a stream so long I cannot see the end

Oh I would just love to wash her feet
I wish only to have her love abide
If I could rid myself of my hearts taboo
And let her know of loves smiling heart

I will never give up on love
I have everything to lose
I will never give up on love
This life is what I choose
