nothing in this life brings a thrill
and i've got nothing but time to kill
my jeans are worn out and my soes are bad
i've done lost all i ever had
now i'm lovesick and plain lonely
running from those trying to stone me
livin a lie, livin out on the run
really this is not so much fun
the life that i live i can't call my own
cause the man threw me off my thrown
nobody cares for what i've become
and you can't break a heart thats numb
i'm just a low down drifter with no shame
just another pawn in this silly game
im not doin so well but i'm doin okay
and i might get by just one more day
