Everything that makes me happy
I would happily give you
If just for one day
I could be with you again
Another day together
My dreams would come true
To hug you and hold you
To leave your house with a kiss
For you to call me back, for just one last hug
That night would be perfect
I could happily sleep
No drugs to put me out
No crying, no worries
And if the next day
You were to change your heart again
I would be able to cope
Cause if I ever do get you back
I'll know what I have
I'll know what I've missed
I'll know I'm in love
And I won't overlook you
I won't do you wrong
I'll treat you like a queen
And for just that one day
My dreams would come true
To walk down the street
Holding hands with you
If you gave me one day
You could forget me forever
Just one day
For my dreams to come true
