every word spoken
every word written down
every accusation place
without even making a sound
analyzed an assumption that you think maybe true
no trust in me
for it's something I'd never do
everyday you accuse with proof not there
everyday I believe
You just don't care
Making love vanish with jealousy and abhorrent thoughts
the Rich I once knew
now tied in knots
don't know how to react when you can't listen to me
no need to try if you can't even see
pushing me further everyday
when my love's not enough to make you want to stay
No reason I gave to make you feel this way
no communication exchanged
nothing I can say
keep listening to assumptions burned in your head
for every finger pointed
is something never said
lost in confusion of why you'd feel this way
My emotion sporadic
can't find the words to say
If I was to hide, there'd be no you and I
If you did love me
I'd have no reason to cry
So blame me
Push me
keep me far away
The closer I get
the less you want to stay
I forgot the way you'd look me in the eyes
now masked with desperation, confusion and lies
Accusation a word so powerful you don't realize
that everytime you use it
It shrinks me down to size
I once stood tall and loved myself with ease
now you put me down
and my heart you tear and tease
what you've done I'll never understand
that the one who loved you most
You left an empty hand . . . . .
