It all starts with a dream but doesnt everything
cities,societies,destructions all built on dreams
but unlike most deams this one doesn't change
it may go longer but mostly i cut it short
sweat coverd sheets and screams of no
we all can turn a blind eye to fate but we cant out run
in this dream i see i blood sky with a flag burning
always alot of death over a cloth
but in my heart i know the colour all to well
in the fields a blood soaked crown
all in the name of the end but i guess some questions should never be asked
scraping myself toghter after another so called new year
new in a small town way to much talk
unbridled passion but no will for the chase
lost the will or the pieces to my heart
scared to love affraid to break but arn't we all
Where am i in life where are you
i understand why we are all sad inside
with a smile on our face
lifes hard its a messed up game heads or tails we are all screawed
i wonder how many died tonight alone like me but affraid to face a new year
suicides easy but its the lemmings way out
thats the thing there is nothing easy we all wear scares
going to the bar is like renting the same movie every weekend
the same tune the same cheer all like drones on a tecno floor
i want to understand but i never will where is the excitement is this what we call fun
but i am only one
alone now with music filling my tear
"my death lay always there whisling dixie"
but atleast i am at peace
good night world give it another day
