Whispers echo and never cease
Subconscience voices, no rest, no ease
Darken caves, where no light can seap
Conscience actions, hidden weep
Controlled substance built within
Uncontrolled desires, right or sin?
Uncharted water when day begins
Familiar lonliness alone within
Wandering shadows roam the mind
Cautious decisions, bright or blind?
Judicious thoughts you thought were kind
Unleashed energy lost in time
Revolving doors in place of soul
Tunnel vision producing coal
Dampened maturity, lost control
Subconscience voices, too well to know
Raging water on cheeks of stone
Reflected images, reversed in tone
Familiar key, abandoned home
Crowded avenues, standing alone
Branded existence to you, to all
Pitted burdens, a place to fall
Goliath endeavors, ideals not tall
A knocking door, answer your call!
