Yoga of Concentration is generally called Nididhyasana Identifying self with God is obtained through Raja Yoga Harmless give-and-take is the first step, called Yama Purity of mind and devotion the second step, is Niyama One`s posture, erect and easy, is the third step Asana Primal energy thru breathe, is the fourth step Pranayama Gathering your thoughts, is the fifth step Pratyahara Sixth, Concentrate on object of meditation, by Dharana Seventh, prior to super-conscious state is Dhyana Final super-conscious state is the Samadhi, by Mantra If your object is Jesus, the mantra is Jesus Christ If your object is Rama, the mantra is Rama Rama If your object is Allah, you can utter the mantra Allah Repetition of the mantra sets the mind for meditation Subconscious utterance in the night, rises when waken Purification of subconscious transforms the person Sanskrit word Yoga, meaning to join or to yoke It is the communion with god, for the mind to evoke Achieve the purpose of your life and not to revoke It is the intense thought upon god and not a joke
