Finally escaping
In my dreams
Never really knew
What I meant to mean
See myself talking
The way I always do
Not thinking about myself
No way I am thinking about you
Saying what I feel at the time
Just to make myself feel good
Why did you listen to me
You know you never should
But I convinced you that I loved you
I convinced I you was sorry
So please don't blame me baby
If I make one more mistake
One more mistake on love
Knowing all along the real truth
But speaking my mind anyway
Don't you know by now my friend
I'll say what I need to say to get my way
Please forgive me if I hurt you again
I was just thinking that I would
I would save you know and hope
That I would do what I could
But I love you baby, don't you know
But its so hard for me just to show
That I can be together for you
But together doesn't always mean I'll be true
I'll be true to the one I love....
