Storm
These opened eyes that just cant see, The sleepless nights, the insanity plea
Holding back all I can and, Desperately wanting to be on track again
Thunder rolling deep inside, This is where it all resides
I dont expect for you to understand, because I dont reach out with either hand
Brewing like a terrible storm, Patiently waiting for it all to transform
Where to go when I want to confide, Who can I trust, this I cant decide
There is only one I know for sure, This life time friendship is so pure
I only have my self to blame, behind the mask hides all the shame
On my own Ill figure it out, In my head is where Ill scream and shout
These opened eyes that want to see, nothing but tranquility
Peace of mind, mind at ease, I close my eyes to find serenity

Yur poem is one of the ones ya can'tread just once. It beckons to be read & re-read. I felt it; truely felt a kinship with you, through your writing. |
