Sail away at once, my love, sail far away from here
On your journey, don't be scared, don't you shed a tear
The sea is constant, never changing, dreams can last forever
On the wings of my love I felt for you, I can look back never
The waves hit the beach, like my tears hit the ground, in a time not so long ago
When I was here and my pain echoed endless,
cause my heart and my mind didn't know
We're so different now, you and I, the pain has come and has gone
A little wiser, a little older, my goals now push me on
Determined to be the best I can
The boy is gone, I'm now a man
Those words I said, some years back
when I was younger, and on the attack
I know they ring true, for I am at peace
With myself and love, my insecurities I release
So I let you go, on your journey, into the sea of no return
Finally in peace, in that little package, into forever our hearts can burn
Like one body interlocked, holding on to each other,
like we did 1 year in the past
On the ocean of dreams,
I whispered I love you
...where forever will always last
