Lord, help me not to be
In someone elses way.
I dont want to be the reason
That a loved one has strayed.
Remind me to daily check
The attitude that I have.
I dont want to hinder others
Because of something Ive said.
I realize others may be
Daily watching me grow.
Please guide me in my actions,
In me, I want your love to show.
Lord, help me not to be
To others a stumbling block.
I know we dont have much time
As we race against the clock.
I want to be an encouragement
In the few short days we have left
So help me, Lord, oh please
To do my very best.
