As the moon rises
In the night sky
The world goes quiet
Save for the wolf's cry
The cry is of loneliness,
Sadness and pain
And the wolf knows
That the moon feels the same
This gives him some comfort
But he still feels alone
For the wolf spends his life
All on his own
The wolf just wanders through the forest
No destination in mind
And he's constantly searching
Not knowing what he wants to find
