Put pressure down on clever keys
Out of tune the ear drum sees
Music now does fit I claim
But past mistake I must proclaim
Tone deaf let me be to this
With symphony its hit or miss
Beautiful keys of black and white
Will shun a lie with hate and smite
But gently finger presses keys
And single note brings calm and ease
A song will form and ring a while
And instrument lies in denial
Hymn of lust will concur it
And build a conscience while it sits
Sing along in this I pray
With music notes that awkward lay
As new a masterpiece was found
Will leave with quickness and a frown
For you have never played before
Or tuning strings within its core
This instrument was played to rough
Previous owner used keys to tough
Although the outside is polished fine
Music notes are off you will find
It wished to sit and gather dust
You came along and played it must
Will give some melody a while
And old to new, a song, a smile.
