My Thoughts of Mum
Moments of sadness thinking of you
Moments of happiness with me too
Sat here pondering
Wondering why
But we all know
It is never goodbye
Missing your comfort
Wanting you near..
Trying hard to understand
Why you no longer hold my hand
Longing to say to you
How much I love you so
Now the time has come
I must let you go
Hold my heart and keep it warm
Help me ride this heavy storm
The Angels wanted you
They carried you away
I wanted them to take me too
But here I had to stay
Until the Angels come for me
Away into eternity

Writing this comment through tears.... remembering my late Mom also... Saturday was 27 yrs..and it still pains like hell...
