scream into this blank space that i've prepared for you
no one can hear you
it's perfectly safe
connect your void into it's own, gather guilt, and spew
no one can see you
trust me, it's safe
i've seen you clawing
i've seen you rotting
i've seen the vacuum crushing you inside
you need an outlet
no doubt about it
not another place to curl up and cry
the tears have become black from reuse
the air around you shouts of misuse
the concept you have come to portray
is sickening, revolting, gangrene and grey
there's nothing here
not if you don't want it to be
there's nothing clear
everything as opaque as can be
so open your mouth and open it wide
vomit all the things dirty inside
watch it spill out, what you had took to hide
wretched, disgusting
the pieces that have died
is there anything recognizable from before?
is there anything left that you still wish to store?
i know some things were precious
some you once loved
till you shrieked and cursed
and in the dark it was shoved
the memories inside you took over from there
praying for apathy, you didn't want to care
far too weak to break the inward stare
reminding you of all that you bear
your mouth is agape and the tongue is hollow
you spit out all the lies you once swallowed
the bitter presence is suppose to be gone
but the rancid aftertaste has just begun
it's killing you... and you can't wait
ashamed, for shame
you choke and dissipate
i watch you peel off your scars
then pluck out your eyes
two dead stars
out of the sockets flow the residue
the dead pieces
the pieces that were you
