I started writing a love song for the broken heart
Unable to let go of deep rooted pain
In search of some sort of novacaine for the soul
That Euphoric feeling of fleeting extacsy
Some sort of vital spark for the mortal soul
Facing its own end with a certain degree of fear
Afraid to climb up above and beyond this moment
Unable to accept anything, unless its at face value
Nothingness existing within wiring come undone
Valves sealed shut, heart muscles to become atrophied
Montone sounds vibrate off of frayed strings
In harmonic dischord, the broken hearts melody
