Temptation comes crawling in from what could be the gutters of lives left out to lick your bones dry of trust.
Those prying eyes seem to want a bit more, as the curtain closes And the whites of those eyes Turn red
Thoughts only filled minds Should a pass be given? Or shall that trust be embraced and looked At as that of a ruby?
Shall a man hold his hand Back and say no, And a women do the same, If jeopardy is in play?
A rubyfar to expensive Of a gem, almost rare.
Perhaps a tear could be Avoided As the ruby takes its place and wasnt sold.
