I have followed the path of life
And doing so still now
Amazed at how we learn and live
Also how we love and give
We hurt
We cry
We laugh
We sigh
Finding trust and finding love
All is given to each one of us
Hoping and searching
For what we wonder
Is it just love, or something fonder?
We strife and try
Wondering why
Does life have to be so hard?
Most of us really know
That life is a book
You only have to look
You could sit and write yours too
For we all have our stories
And each one is true..
