Your love is locked up
Youre feeling so grey
You say whats in your gut
Not what your heart tells you to say
You sleep in the corner
When shes waiting in bed
Your dont even warn her
Of what youre planning ahead
Those eyes say it all
Her eyes filled with fading stars
She makes you feel small
Like men are really from mars
You know your control is not long term
The trust is not there
Its something you earn
She knows trust is made to be broken
But thats not what she wants
Be her special token
To show her it works
Cover her eyes
And lead the way
She can let out sighs
For all shes had to pay
Let off steam
Watch her be happy
Watch those eyes gleam
Its her eyes that grabbed me.
