Put Me On A Shelf

To place me on a shelf's ok
I will not mind at all
But make that place a special spot
Where dust and gloom won't fall

For I've been sent to put in mind
One's love unfailing true
But can not settle, no my love
A place not seen by you

I must be seen by you my love
At least ten times a day
For that is only tenth the times
The thought of you gives way

My job this time will not become
Again relenting space
But hope my dear for me you'll find
For him that golden place

From time to time please think of words
You'll find within this jug
Of love that's true undying still
(This ditty is a plug)
