I do this day and night
its always in my sight
never leaving never going
my river just stopped flowing
now its dark now its late
is all of this my planned out fate
if it is then pass on by
cant you see Ive already died
its because 1of them that Im this way
its because of all the things they say
cant they wont the leave me alone
cant they see my wounds not sewn
their nasty thoughts and deathly glares
throws my esteem down the stairs
cant they see Ive lowered my head
cant the see Im already dead

This is very well written. And your counselour is right writing is one of the best ways to get feelings out. I especially enjoyed this poem it has been a while since I found a poem so good.
