And so I say Goodbye

Topic: LostLove

And so I say Goodbye.
A drop, rolling down your cheek.
Choked up, you can't speak.

A wave, as the wheels turn.
It rips and hits as a burn.
Seems like I can never learn.

And so I say Goodbye.
I cry, my body swells.
and we say our final farwells.

You dissapear into the distance.
I feard this, a tear is all I have at this instant.
And so I say Goodbye.

We had a story-worthy bond.
Can it be? Now you're gone.
A final farwell, well all I can say is Goodbye.

When we first embraced, angels flew.
I don't think you'll ever know what you put me thru.
What can I do but Cry?

And so I say Goodbye.

My tears here form a puddle.
We were peices to a picturesque puzzle.
Now getting thru every second is a struggle.

Maybe God has saved,
another time that we'll meet before we die,
and lie in our graves.
Now we pull apart with only a wave
and I cry.

And so I say Goodbye

Though it's been a long while since I've been in that situation, this is a good refresher of what it's like. Goodbye can be a powerful word, and you did it justice. Good job.

I have felt the feeling , when you have a lump in your throat you just can swallow, and it feel like you chest is going to cave in, Very well expressed, and very sad
