The Satans Of The Earth

Contributed by mohan on Friday, 10th February 2006 @ 07:57:13 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

The Satans Of The Earth
Blood spluttered all over the floor and walls,
Pieces of flesh stuck firmly on the ceiling,
The whole place was strewn with rubble,
And nearby, a hand protruded from a mangled car,
A severed limb dangled precariously from a tree,
And nauseating smell, from half-burnt bodies,
Floated thick in the air.
These were the ghastly scenes,
Witnessed, now and then, in one place or other.
The handiwork of the terrorists- the Satans of the earth,
Challenging the peaceful existence of mankind.
They are the agents of the Satan of the Kingdom of God,
Bent upon spreading evil, hatred and destruction.
Terrorism is no means to an end
It is an endless chain reaction,
Spilling more blood and claiming more lives.
No religion ever supported the path of violence,
If militants claim religious sanction to their deeds,
It is only to cover up their misdeeds and misadventure.
Their acts are heinous crime against humanity,
And sin against God, for they desecrate His creations.
Therefore, behold, thou terrorists!
Eschew violence and militancy,
They lead you nowhere.
The battle that thou would never win by bullets,
Could be won by change of your hearts,
And giving up misguided faith.
Cast off the sinful role of the Satan,
And be true followers of your faith,
By protecting and serving the mankind.

Hmm.... I like what you have to say even if I don't entirly agree with you, but your style of writing is somewhat unpolished. Try spliting up your lumps of text into stanzas or into smaller sections, and cut some of the unesscessary stuff. but its a good start

Of course... there are dark forces all around us, including the internet. Parents need to teach their children about the roles played out in games, on tv, movies, books, games, dressing up in strange costume and makeup, tattoos, witches, about role players and satan worshippers that promote these evil things, teaching them not to use blasphemy against the holy bible and the list goes on....

Yes, Satan who is called the devil is a real being and he is the source of sin on earth which causes such great pain, suffering and destruction.

This has been ongoing since the Garden of Eden, he has performed his evil work in opposing God and those who believe and serve God.

Look in the old testament, you will see how he made every effort to destroy the line of Seth, Adam and Eve's son, which was the goldy line, by which the Lord Jesus Christ came to the earth.

Ephesians 6:11-13, tells us that this battle is with satan and his evil forces.

Paul instructed Timothy in 1 Timothy 6:12 "Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses."

Romans 8:21-22 speaks hope, it says...

"Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now."

Romans 8:23-25

Question? Are we saved by hope and have the patients to wait for when the second coming will come and to be the end of satan?

Check out revelations, it is not a happy read.

We deal on a daily basis with those caught up in false religions and beliefs. Try as best as you can to show people God's truth, from His very word. You will know most times God's truth will be rejected. Do not let that hinder you.

I like this promise of the Lord Jesus: John 16:22 says,

"And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you."

You must know it is not by chance that we wake up each morning. The Lord seeks each of us to call the sinner to repentance and salvation and to strengthen those who (are) saved.. to guide them to purity of life and godliness, and to use them as witness of God's grace.

John 16:22 says

"And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you."

Mohan, yes keep the faith, bless you and your family, and thank you ever so much for this lovely poem. hugs.. raquel leah
