Lost in the smog
That used to be
My happiness
Blurred into black
Ruby rivers form
Near my stiffening form
Should i fall?
Unto my death for sure
Or continue into this
This feeling inside me
Transforming my soul
Making me smaller
Undoing all my hope
Should I flee?
Into the sunlight
A chance to be whole
A chance for anything
Or stay chained to you?
Miserable and afraid
This step I take
For me and me alone
Im sick and tired
Of playing second fiddle
To your goddess
I need a place
Where I am the sun
So goodbye
Cruel heart
I need you
No more
