Always There

You don't know what to do
You hate yourself so much
everybody is against you
there's noone you can trust
you drag blades down your wrists
you bleed away the pain
and a couple hours later
it's back driving you insane
you take down all the mirrors
and tightly lock your door
Who wants to see this ugly face?
Certainly not me anymore
You have always felt so lost
You once hoped you'd find a way
but this world is not for you
your exsistance a mistake
the scars tell of your pain
vividly they express
feelings of lonliness,anger,guilt
depression,self-loathing,stress
Unsure why it helps
to rip apart your veins
but you don't really care
and you don't complain
it's the only thing that matters
the only thing that works
each day you cut deeper
deeper so it hurts
Am I really supposed to believe in love?
another four lettered word for lie
Why should I bother to smile?
When all a smile is is a disguise
So you go on and tear out my heart
I don't really care
people only stick around so long
but my blade is always there.
