Walk out the back door into rain that never seems to stop
Feels like the sky is crying
Lightening flashes between the dark grey clouds
While thunder rolls above my head
Today is just another day
And today will be okay
Glide through the air like there's nothing wrong
Today, I'm going to write a song
Came from the bottom all the way up to the top
Only to get stomped back down
It's amazing how lonely you feel inside
When you've given up, and turned your back on God
It's so hard to understand why I even bother
Try and try again 'til there's no point in caring anymore
Giving up on the people that I love
I believe it's time for me to go
Today is different than yesterday
And today is getting worse
Hide in the corner like none of this matters
Today won't get much better

Good poem, though rather sad. I have had days where I have felt something like this. I think that at some point everybody feels this way at least once in thier life.
