I am stuck in the Yesterday
Not wanting to accept
The horrid truth that you are gone
Your life taking without threat
That morning you awoke
To face a brand new day
But a tragic event
Has taking you away
Memories are all we have sometimes
When we are alone, or when we are mad
Memories are all there is sometimes
When we are happy or when
We are sad
We will remember you Rick
Always and Forever
We will never forget those moments
We as a family shared together
We will see you soon
But just not soon enough
On that day when we reunite
We will live in eternal light.
