You live a life that on the outside glows But the real you nobody knows But I see it And no matter how much you hide it from me it shows Believe it I know you cry at night when no ones around I know that bending over that toilette is a horrible sound So insecure with ones self That you let all of your flaws effect your health Such a beautiful peice of art So why must you tear it apart Child you are scaring me For your skin is so frail Is there somethin you wish to share with me? Just let me help and I will not let you fail Only sixteen years old So precious and innocent So many stories left untold Catch it now before you wonder where it went You don't have to be perfect to be noticed You are fine just as you are And I want you to know this You are the greatest by far

Good write on the horrors of Bulemia, sorry you know someone dealing with this. I wish them well, hope they are getting some type of therapy.(had a friend who went through it) No matter what size, shape etc. we are all beautiful. It is the inside hatred that can spoil someone's look. Peace, Laura |

You know, I blame commercialism for the epidemic of "size matters". I wish they could see that these 'perfect' models that they see on the magazines are airbrushed and those on television and the runway ruin their health and happiness to be that way. Look at all the retired models, their weight returns to normal size and some even become overweight. If one young person reads and heeds this this you wil have performed a miracle. Excellent write.
